The SEC should really change its password from "password123" because it seems like their security has more than a few holes in it. Today, the account was hacked and spammed out a few, well, inappropriate pictures (linked for trigger warning purposes) linking to porn sites. Chuck Dunlap, head of SEC communications, commented on the situation (above) and they released a statement, apologizing for being hacked.@snavetrebor We've deleted and taken proper security precautions. The incident comes on the heels of another major sports Twitter hack earlier this month, which saw the NFL account tweet out Roger Goodell's untimely—and, ultimately, untrue—death. Some reprehensible wishful thinking, likely from Patriots fans on that NFL hack.
