Cheerleader Falls and Hits her Head, Guy Carrying her off Court Trips and Falls

A UCLA cheerleader is doing OK after falling not once, but twice during the game.

During UCLA's 82-79 comeback win over the Oregon Ducks, play was interrupted momentarily because one of UCLA's cheerleaders had fallen during a routine and required assistance. And then, almost immediately afterwards, required assistance from the assistance. It all happened during a timeout near the start of the second half and the cheerleader teetered off a formation and hit the back of her head on the hardwood. A trainer (or some other person in official-looking UCLA gear) scooped her up and carried her off the court, presumably to a locker room to get checked out, but there was a bag (or something) on the ground that he did not see. He stepped right on it and tripped, sending both of them spilling to the ground.

Molly McGrath reported shortly after that she was conscious and walked it off under her own power, so that's good, and no one was happier than analyst and fellow Bruin Bill Walton: "Thank you, Molly. Say a prayer, light a candle for that young angel from UCLA—look at Jordan Bell FIGHT for that ball."
