A comment on News On 6's post from a person who claims to have witnessed the incident provides further details of the tragic scene.

I was there. It was the most horrific thing I've seen in my life. I saw at least 20-30 men, women and children in the immediate area. A silver car was traveling at a high rate of speed, I heard a loud boom, the motorcycle being hit, and people being tossed into the air. I rushed up to try to help, but it was so bad, I couldn't do anything. I felt helpless. At least my family is safe. Please pray for everyone involved. It was hard to see the children crying.
