Good morning, America. It's the 30th of December, 2015. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by daily for your morning headlines. Most of Europe shuts down for the holidays, so we're a little light on news. Here's what I got:

ESPN has invited the FIFA Presidential candidates to debate one another live on TV, as is the American way. Will the five candidates accept?

Yesterday, the Ewoks played the Death Star to a goalless draw in the English Premier League:

Tiger Woods is 40 years old, and wants to remain relevant.

On Monday, Petr Cech broke the Premier League clean sheet record when Arsenal beat Bournemouth 2-0. He say some of his secrets is that he can communicate in 5 languages, and often speaks to his defenders in their native tongues.

Ever wondered where Sepp Blatter grew up? In the same town in which he'll likely retire: Visp, Switzerland. Shameless plug alert: I traveled there in early December to see what I could learn about Blatter by learning about Visp. It was enlightening!

According to the President of European Athletics, Russia will probably not compete in the Rio Olympics because of all the requirements set against the nation by the IAAF after the doping scandal. I'm not a betting man, but I think we'll see Russia in Rio this summer.

Regular readers of The Roundup will know I'm a sucker for weird photos of people flying through the air. Here is Germany's Andreas Wank doing just that at the Four Hills ski jumping tournament.
