Oh, man. Just try to keep your ice-cold heart from thawing while watching six-year-old Nyla Miller thank Simone Biles for being an inspiration to her.

You can't crack open a newspaper without seeing something about Biles being a part—in addition to Gabby Douglas' 2012 gold medal appearance—of the 'changing face' of her sport as a black gymnast. While the media hoopla is partially speculative—a kind of symbolic shift that bodes well for the racial makeup of a sport that remains predominantly white—this video of Nyla Miller is an indication of the kind of positive impact that gymnasts like Biles and Douglas actually have on the next generations.

Above, you can see Miller—and her adorable smile—donning her leotard, and triumphantly hoisting some kind of trophy. Her proud father posted the photo to Twitter before he posted the below video on Facebook. Miller says, "I'm so excited to getcher [phonetic interpretation] gold… I'm so excited that you're gonna get a gold medal—I'm sorry, I got mixed up. I really want to be a gymnastics girl, and thank you for me… for letting me getting being inspired so I can be like you. So give me a call, bye." Then she ends it with a Y-armed pose and a smile.

Downright adorable.
