The IAAF ruled that Yuliya Stepanova, the Russian whistleblower who exposed systematic doping in Russian athletics, can compete in the Rio Games. She won't represent Russia but will compete under the Olympic flag.

Tonight, mighty Wales takes on Belgium. I have nothing against Belgium, but I'd love to see Wales win this one, and not just because we have a Welshman on staff here at VICE Sports. The match is being called Wales's biggest since 1958.
