Good morning, America. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by daily for your morning headlines.

It's the 13th of October, 2015, and Sepp Blatter is still, technically, president of FIFA.

Tonight is the final European Championship qualifying round, excluding the playoffs. Not much to report from last night's round, which unfolded without an upset. Who can still qualify? Norway, Croatia, and Turkey, and a bunch of teams via the playoff. UEFA has a handy chart.

Zlatan Zlataned his ass off yesterday. Sweeden is in a playoff spot, which means Zlatan could play at the Euros.

Jose Mourinho did his best Obi-Wan Kenobi impression, turning up to watch Spain-Ukraine in a huge, floppy hood. Speculation is that he was there scouting Ukrainian forward Andriy Yarmolenko.

Since the Volkswagen scandal broke, many have speculated how it will affect Germany's Wolfsburg, which is owned by the car company. Outlets across Germany are reporting the club has just put plans for a new youth center on hold. (Link in German.)

The quarterfinals of the Rugby World Cup get underway on Friday. If you've missed anything to date, like South Africa's dismantling of the USA, don't fret. There's more action to come, and The Independent has a good primer on the eight teams still standing.

Former Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse has been arrested in a bizarre case. French police allege Cisse blackmailed pint-sized French star Mathieu Valbuena with a homemade porn video.

British Race walker Tom Bosworth has come out as gay. The BBC tells his story.

Ahhh, football and politics. Best friends. Albania, much to this guy's delight, qualified for Euro 2016. Something tells me this guy might be even more excited about the fact that Serbia did not. Hopefully UEFA learned its lesson and won't put nations with stirring hatred in the same qualifying group next time.
