54-Year-Old Dude Sets Pull-Up World Record

Mark Jordan breaks the Guinness World Record after doing 4,321 pull-ups in 24 hours for charity.

Pull-ups are hard. At 24, I'm almost positive I would struggle trying to complete just one. Mark Jordan, however, did 4,321 pull-ups at age 54, no sweat—except for all the sweating, of course—to raise money and awareness for charity and set a new Guinness World Record. This dude seems like a pretty inspiring guy and I'll be the first person to commend those who do good things for other people, but what a show off, amirite? Just look at his constant flexing, making his pectoral muscles dance like he's Terry Crews in an Old Spice commercial. He clearly skipped leg day for an entire year to prepare for this moment. But hey, I will give credit where credit is due and his achievement is definitely going to stand out next to the woman with the world's longest toenails. No, but seriously, I'll be at the gym if you need me.
