In advance of today's Europa League match between Roma and Feyenoord, a small army of Dutch Feyenoord hooligans have taken to the streets of downtown Rome to chuck bottles, light flares, and generally wreak havoc. The video above is from last night's madness, which despite police intervention, has continued on into today with escalating violence and arrests.
