FIFA Signs Deal with World Cup Sponsor Linked to Sepp Blatter's Nephew

Why, oh why, won't Sepp go away?

Cockroaches, the amoeba, and Sepp Blatter: the only things that will survive the nuclear holocaust. This Sepp Blatter guy just keeps on coming back from the grave in every manifestation possible. Yesterday, it was an appeal for his six-year ban and the reveal that he was paid $3.76 million as FIFA president in 2015. And today? FIFA has hooked up his nephew's company with hundreds of millions of dollars, according to Associated Press. It never, never ends.

FIFA, under the guidance of new (puppet dictator) president Gianni Infantino, chalked up a deal with the Chinese property and cinema empire Dalian Wanda Group to hold sponsorship rights. The full dollar amount is unknown at this time, but AP estimates it's in the hundreds of millions of dollars. And who runs the Wanda Sports Holding subsidiary? None other than Philippe Blatter, Sepp's fucking nephew.

As if the nepotistic under-the-table money passing wasn't flagrant enough, Philippe was on hand today with Wanda Group chairman Wang Jianlin to seal the sponsorship rights, which run through the 2030 World Cup. At this point, Sepp's just rubbing it in our faces.
