Toronto FC's Glorious Championship Parade in Photos

After finishing off a sensational season with their first MLS Cup, TFC celebrated with a parade through downtown Toronto. We were there to capture the moment.

Toronto FC won their first MLS Cup over the weekend after getting revenge on a Seattle Sounders team that beat them on home soil the year before. In the rematch at BMO Field, it was Jozy Altidore who played the role of hero—busting open a scoreless game with a goal in the 67th minute to earn the 2017 MLS Cup MVP. Victor Vazquez then added a goal late to seal the 2-0 victory and cap off TFC's dominant season.

After setting a league regular-season record with 69 points to earn their first Supporters' Shield, TFC didn't let up in the playoffs, finishing off the most impressive year in MLS history with a win in front of their rabid fans in Toronto. Following years of futility, TFC have turned into the model franchise of MLS.

On Monday, they celebrated their championship victory and sensational season with a parade through downtown Toronto. We were there to capture photos of the celebration.
