Steve Kerr Leads Crowd in Moment of Joy for Craig Sager

This was a nice moment before the game at Oracle Arena.

It's hard to think of a better tribute and celebration of Craig Sager than what Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors did before Thursday night's game against the New York Knicks. Hours after TNT announced he had died, Kerr spoke fondly and emotionally about his former colleague at TNT, telling the crowd how Sager loved his family, his friends, Bud Light, golf, and, most of all, people. After offering his condolences to Sager's family, friends, and coworkers, Kerr told the crowd that they were foregoing the usual "moment of silence" when someone passes, for the more Sager-appropriate "moment of joy."

Kerr, you might have noticed, was wearing a pretty loud tie as an homage. And, during the pregame shoot around, the rest of the team sported tuxedo-style warmup shirts, but with Sager's trademark flair.
