Canadian Farm Recreates Jose Bautista Bat Flip with Epic Corn Maze

Joey Bats' bat flip will never get old.

The Jose Bautista I-don't-give-a-fuck-about-your-feelings bat flip has gone from a historic postseason moment to a leg tattoo, ugly Christmas sweater, video game goal celebration, and now, it's a corn maze.

The Hunter Brothers Farm in Canada recreated the iconic moment on their cornfield in celebration of the Blue Jays' 40th major league season. It's awesome and a lot easier to make out than the David Ortiz corn maze that was recently unveiled.

The team out in Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick, explained on their website how the maze was made:

Once we decide on the theme, we consult with our surveyor who designs the maze on his computer. The 6-acre field is prepared and planted in a crisscross pattern to fill out the canopy. The engineers then come in and lay out the design in the field using GPS and flags. The Hunter crew, equipped with a small sprayer, goes in and removes the corn which needs to be "erased" to make the paths. After several days of work making the trails we use a small drone to inspect the maze and fix any small mistakes.

In order to make visiting the maze safe and fun for everyone, the maze is made up of many large paths. The objective is not to find your way out, but rather to find and answer all the trivia questions related to our theme that are hidden throughout the maze.

The maze is open for viewing from Sept. 10 to Oct. 30.

This isn't the first sports-themed corn maze the Hunter Brothers have made. Last year, they recreated Canadian icon Terry Fox on the 35th anniversary of Terry Fox's Marathon of Hope, and have previously paid homage to legendary horse Secretariat, the Montreal Canadiens, and Patrick Roy.

The Joey Bats bat flip will never get old, so enjoy another viewing of it as we approach the one-year anniversary of the epic shot.
