We're pretty used to people winning (and not winning) things on half court shot challenges at basketball games—it's a time-honored tradition. But Drake took things to a different level by staging a half court contest at his concert last night in Brooklyn. In the near-pitch-black nonetheless.

These events are always set up for failure—that's kind of the idea. The chances of doling out prizes to some random person on a shot that even Steph Curry shoots .500 on are slim. But adding spotlights in a dark-ass Barclays Center, on some kind of Tron court stage—hilariously built inside an arena that features an actual basketball court—seems nearly impossible. But some kid stepped up to the challenge last night and cooked up a miracle:

The kid was apparently the first person to sink one on Drake's tour, where the NBA-thirsty rapper performs on a basketball court every night. And he walked away with a clean $25,000 because of it. And Drake even added in one of his custom Nike collaboration "OVO" jerseys to boot.

Drake just might start adding blindfolds just to make sure he can fund his next album explaining things Pusha T dug up on him.
