Nineteen-year-old Osa Masina, a sophomore linebacker at USC, is being investigated for raping a woman on two separate occasions, first in Los Angeles, and then again in Utah less than two weeks later. TMZ obtained a search warrant issued in Los Angeles, in which the woman alleges that Masina raped her in his teammate Don Hill's apartment on July 14th after a day of partying. TMZ writes:

The woman told police Masina gave her a couple Xanax pills throughout the day. The woman says she had also been drinking alcohol, including wine by the pool and chugging Captain Morgan at a frat party.

After the frat party, the woman claims she was taken to Hill's apartment -- but insists she was "out of it" due to the Xanax and the booze. However, she remembers smoking weed.

"The next thing the victim recalls is having sex with Osa Chad Masina," the search warrant says.

The woman claims she remembers Masina "holding her head and putting her mouth on his penis" while Hill had vaginal sex with her.

Neither Masina nor Hill have been charged with a crime as of yet, but Masina was interviewed by police and the warrant authorized a search of his phone as well as acquiring a DNA sample.

According to TMZ, it's also alleged that Masina took pictures and videos while raping her and sent the images to the woman's ex-boyfriend, who plays football at the University of Arizona.

On July 26th in Utah, the woman claims she was partying with Masina again and again she passed out, only to find Masina forcing himself on her. This time, Masina allegedly was forcing anal and oral sex. According to the Los Angeles Times, police in Utah are investigating Masina on charges of "forcible rape, forcible sodomy, fondling and exploitation via a telecommunication device."

On Monday, USC coach Clay Helton announced that Masina had been suspended from Saturday's game at AT&T Stadium against Alabama and would not travel with the team due to a violation of team rules, though he still practiced with the team and attended classes. Earlier today, USC announced that Don Hill was also suspended and he was being sent home from Dallas.
