This is a great dunk, for a couple reasons. First, obviously, Evan Payne is a tiny-ass man to be throwing down a vicious dunk like that. Second, while he seems to be running and jumping and dunking at full speed, his hapless defender, Ron Baker, looks like he's moving in slow motion. Third, Evan Payne. That is a great name for a tiny-ass dude dunking on clumsy big men.
