PSV Eindhoven are playing Atletico Madrid today in the second leg of their Champions League matchup, and fans of the Netherlands side were in Madrid acting like a bunch of assholes prior to kickoff. We can always count on sports fans to lower the threshold of acceptable human behavior, but usually they concern themselves with other rival fans.
