N.C. State Beats LSU on Last-Second Shot

Another game, another thrilling finish. This time N.C. State hit a shot just before the buzzer to beat LSU.

N.C. State's first lead in this game was 20-19 in the first half. The Wolfpack's next lead came with .1 second left in the game when Beejay Anya's turn around sky hook finally dropped. Although the 66-65 win wasn't an upset, since N.C. State was the No. 8 seed and LSU was the No. 9, we're going to mention it in the same breath as the Georgia State and UAB upsets, because it was another wild finish in a day full of them.

N.C. State trailed by 14 with nine minutes left in the game and clawed back into it to make it close enough for a near-buzzer beating win. Just look at that Wolfpack mascot, soaking in the glory of advancing to the round of 32.
