Michigan Beats Indiana at the Buzzer

Michigan keeps on winning in dramatic fashion.

Kameron Chatman sent Michigan through to the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament with a (near) buzzer beating three-pointer against top ranked Indiana. Duncan Robinson hit a big three with just under a minute to go to tie the game and then Indiana turned the ball over, giving the Wolverines the final possesion. They worked the clock down to three seconds or so before getting the ball to Chatman, who drilled the shot seemingly as the buzzer sounded. Technically .2 seconds remained on the clock, however, so Indiana had a last ditch chance to tie, but there was not enough time for a catch and shoot, making it nearly impossible. They missed and Michigan moved on to semis.

Michigan also beat Northwestern with a dagger shot in the final seconds yesterday, and although they remain on the outside looking in for the NCAA Tournament, they now find themselves, at the very least, one win away from playing for an automatic bid.
