Good morning, America. It's the 24th of December, 2015. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by daily for your morning headlines. There's not much to news report in this Christmas Eve edition of the WNR, but here's what we got:

The German media is reporting that Pep Guardiola will be Manchester City's manager next year. Bild is saying he'll make a cool 25 million a year, but they didn't say what currency he'll earn that 25 million in. Hopefully for Pep it's not, like, Colombian pesos or something. (Link in German)

Yesterday, Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal walked out of a press conference after being asked speculative questions about whether he'll be fired soon. (Answer: Probably.) The Sun would like to offer their apologies.

New Valencia coach Gary Neville would like to wish everybody Happy Holidays. Watch out for that cork.

Neville seems to really understand the holiday season. The Guardian went inside the hotel that Neville and Ryan Giggs co-own. It was due for renovation and, when some squatters moved in, the owners decided to let the homeless stay there until February.

This will be my last dispatch for a few days. Enjoy the time off, if you have it.

Colombian national team star Juan Cuadrado also understands the holidays. He gave a bunch of gifts to people in the Sierra comuna in Medellin, Colombia. La Sierra was the subject of a 2005 documentary on the violence that plagued Medellin at the time.
