Olivier Giroud went all the way up to smash this header past Jak Alnwick for a 1-0 Arsenal lead over Newcastle in the first half. From just inside midfield, Giroud led Sanchez into the Newcastle half and Alexis raced all the way to the goal line. Once he tracked it down, he waited for just a second and then hit a wonderful cross back to dead center of the penalty area. Giroud followed the play the whole time, motioning for Sanchez to put it up, and snapped it in for the goal.
