Mets Fan Calls Mike Francesa and Gets Very Weepy About Matt Harvey

Will from Queens is really upset about the Mets and Matt Harvey.

Everyone, this is Will in Queens. Will is very upset about the current state of affairs for the New York Mets and he's calling in Mike Francesa's show on a Sunday to pass along a message. He's done talking about the Utley slide—even though he thinks it was dirty and it bothered him—and he wants Matt Harvey to know he's got one shot to make things right with Mets fans.

Facing a critical home start in Game 3, Will says Harvey better step up tomorrow and deliver a win for the Mets. Will is so "disgusted" with Harvey—presumably for the innings limit cross-up and the whole being-late-for-practice thing—he is moved to tears merely speaking the Dark Knight's name. But redemption is possible: "put the team on your shoulders and then you've got my faith back in you," Will blubbers.

Francesa handles it all very compassionately, of course: "Jeez, glad I'm not spending the day with Will, that'd be a tough day."
