On Monday, Avon, Ohio police pulled Manziel over for swerving through traffic, while having a domestic dispute with his girlfriend Colleen Crowley, according to a police report obtained by WEWS-TV. Both then admitted to drinking earlier in the day.The report contained other details: a witness reported Manziel to the police after his white Nissan passed the witness' car on the shoulder lane. Crowley told police, according to the report, that she threw Manziel's wallet out of the car, mid-dispute. Crowley also claimed in the report that Manziel pushed her head into the window. Police found an abrasion on Crowley's arm, which they determined to be from a moment when Manziel allegedly was trying to pull Crowley back into the car before stepping onto the road.Despite the drinking, Manziel was not charged with driving under the influence. Crowley has decided not to press charges.
