Tottenham Come Back for Dagger Draw Against West Ham

Tottenham come back from 2-0 deficit to equalize in the final 15 minutes of the match and Harry Kane scored the dramatic equalizer on a penalty.

Tottenham found themselves in a 2-0 hole with just under 30 minutes left to play and waited until the last possible moments to chip away and steal a late, late draw. First, Danny Rose hit this bouncing changeup of a strike that totally crossed up Adrian. After that, Tottenham were all over West Ham for the final ten minutes of regular time.

Tottenham continued the pressure into the five minutes of added time, too, and at the last possible moment, Harry Kane drew a penalty. Whether it was soft or not is up for debate, but Alex Song was draped all over him, grabbing him around the waist and shoulder. Kane took the shot and—as if someone, somewhere thought to themselves hey, how can we make this even worse for West Ham?—Adrian made the initial stop. But Kane followed up on the rebound and easily tapped in the equalizer, sending White Hart Lane into a fit of delight.
