What a weekend! Check out this insane brawl down in Argentina between Estudiantes and Gimnasia.

The Australian Open is over. Novak Djokovic demolished Andy Murray, 6-1, 7-5, 7-6 (7-3). Murray was never really in it. His wife is pregnant and in England, so it's fair to say he was distracted.

German Angelique Kerber beat Serena Williams 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 to take the women's singles title. Kerber could not quite believe it. Williams was the epitome of grace in defeat, waiting for Kerber to recover after match point before giving her a big 'ol hug.

The soccer world kept turning this weekend. Transfer deadline is today. I'll have a roundup of the notable transfers for you tomorrow. For now, consider this:

The most important game from the weekend was probably Barcelona - Atletico Madrid. Barca won 2-1. Atletico played with nine men in the second half as two players got red cards.
