John Oliver: Jack Warner's Theme Music is the First Result for "Epic and Dramatic Music"

Jack Warner's stirring music from his most recent video is the first google result for "epic and dramatic music."

John Oliver returned serve to Jack Warner last night on Last Week Tonight and…things are not looking good for our friend Jack Warner. Oliver is in his element shit-talking with the disgraced former CONCACAF official and challenges him to respond with an even more outrageous video next time. Because while Warner added thrilling music to his video, Oliver added music and fire to his.

The most delightful part of the segment however is when Oliver reveals the source of Warner's music. As it turns out, the first Google result for "epic and dramatic music" is the very song used in Warner's video. It is called "Ash" and is performed by The Secession. Is it possible that Jack Warner or someone on his staff just knew the song "Ash" as performed by The Seccession, and knew it would be perfect for his video? Sure. Anything is possible. But from everything else we know about this guy, it seems a whole lot more likely that Warner filmed the video and thought to himself hmm, this is good—very good—but it's missing something. It needs epic and dramatic music. Siri find me "epic and dramatic music."

Siri: I'm sorry I didn't catch that. Did you say septic and farmer shoes?

Warner: Epic and Dramatic music.

Siri: Pepto and Frampton bluesy?

Warner: Epic. And Dramatic.

Siri: Eric. And your magic.

Warner: [Throws phone at wall, tells intern to look up "epic and dramatic music."]
