Illinois congressman Mike Quigley and Florida congressman David Jolly faced off before their respective teams face off in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final tonight. Jolly doesn't know how to hold a stick.

His name is David Jolly and he represents Florida's 13th district. At least, he represents Florida's 13th district for the time being. Who's drafting the articles of impeachment?

(Upon further review, he may get a pass because the url for his website is jolly.house.gov. So, as a point of order: still technically an asshole for right now, but it is under review.)
