KHL Player Takes Page out of Peter Forsberg's Book with One-Handed Shootout Goal

Who needs two hands?

A KHL game on Tuesday between Jokerit Helsinki and Amur Khabarovsk needed a shootout to be resolved, and Jokerit right winger Pekka Jormakka was called on first.

Jormakka made sure no one would come close to matching him on this night, and pulled out the vintage "Forsberg" on the opening shot of the shootout. That goal stood up as the winner, as Jokerit—which might have the best logo in professional hockey—took the game 3-2.

Colorado Avalanche great Peter Forsberg, the godfather of the one-hander, first pulled this one off at the 1994 Olympics. Gold medal game against Canada, championship on the line, and he decides to bust this out:
