Good morning, America. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by daily for your morning headlines.

It's the 14th of December, 2015, and Sepp Blatter is still, technically, president of FIFA.

It was a quiet weekend. Here's what we got:

Bundesliga signing-of-the-season Chicharito scored a hattrick in this weekend's 5-0 demolition of in-form Gladbach—a feat I happened to witness in person. BILD is calling him the best Leverkusen signing since Zé Roberto.

Bayer Leverkusen's Stefan Kießling, the best German player not at the World Cup, also scored 2 goals. He's been riding the bench lately though, and has hinted that he will move in January.

In Spain, Villarreal beat Real Madrid, 1-0. Madrid are now more than a game back in the title race (5 points), which, lol. Athletico and Barca are alone on top.

In England, Bournemouth (!) beat Manchester United 2-1.

The International Cricket Commission and the UK's National Crime Agency could soon agree to an anti match-fixing deal which "would would allow information to be shared between all police forces," reports the Guardian. "Similar deals are already in place in Australia and New Zealand and are also close to being signed in India and South Africa."

In Mexico, Tigres won the Apertura. Congrats!
