Zlatan's header would seal the fate on the day. Let's just hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

The Community Shield comes at just the right time, doesn't it? Wedged between EPL seasons, it's a battle between two crowned heroes—the FA Cup winners and the previous season's Premier League champions—that previews what the future holds after the dust settles from summer transfers. Well, one of those summer transfers happened to be Manchester United's little-known acquisition of a guy named Zlatan Fucking Ibrahimovic.

Zlatan already made a huge splash in his debut for the legendary side, scoring a beautiful Taekwondo goal just four minutes into his first match. And today, he secured the game-winner against defending miracle champions Leicester city at the 83rd minute. Clutch indeed.

The game was a fairly exciting one, with Jesse Lingard opening Manchester United's account with a solo golazo that made Leicester's defense look like strewn bowling pins.

On the other side of the coin, Leicester's Jamey Vardy secured a level score by taking advantage of a hole in MU's defense.

But ultimately, Zlatan's header would seal the fate on the day. Let's just hope this isn't a sign of things to come.
