A fan attending a EuroCup game between KK Budućnost (Montenegro/white) and Banvit B.K. (Turkey/green) rushed the court and shoved Banvit's Sammy Mejia. Seconds later, Mejia's teammate, E.J. Rowland, came through and clocked the fan into the area behind the hoop and a brief melee ensued. Details-like why, or how, this happened-are scarce but it sounds like both Mejia and Rowland were ejected from the game.At the very least, maybe this will serve as a deterrent to anyone considering rushing the court and mixing it up with an athlete.
