Old Man Franck Ribery Sends in a Resplendent Bicycle Kick Golazo

A decrepit 32-years-old, and still kicking.

WOW! Bayern Munich take the 1-0 lead on Frankfurt through a wonder goal from Franck Ribery! 1-0 #FCBSGE https://t.co/tsvVfcQDzL

Franck Ribery is 32, which in soccer years is basically 85 years old—he's practically wiping the dust off his dentures before eating. Oh, but he's still hungry alright. Today, he made his 200th appearance in the Bundesliga with the resplendent Bayern Munich, and he brought something pretty resplendent to the table. It was… resplendent.

The Eintracht Frankfurt keeper made a stop that sent the ball arching back toward the 18 yard box, and Ribery was wise enough to spot the ball and pluck it out of the air with old man gymnastics reminiscent of an insidious Six Flags commercial. Best pay respect to your grandpa today—he just might wreck you like Ribery did Frankfurt. Resplendent stuff from the old man.
