Steve Spurrier is Having the Damnedest Time with His Headset Wires

Steve Spurrier can't figure out his headset wires, or LSU's crazy luck.

The Old Ball Coach is having a rough day down in Baton Rouge today, finding his Gamecocks trailing LSU 38-24 at the end of the third quarter. On a scoring drive that ended in a 36-yard touchdown catch from Jerell Adams, the momentum was temporarily derailed by an illegal substitution penalty that had Spurrier in a fit grappling with his headset, playsheet, and trademark visor. It is delightful watching him mutter to himself as he finally gets it all sorted out.

It's possible that Spurrier was also a little chapped because on the Tigers previous scoring drive, LSU got a bizarre 62-yard touchdown when a ball tipped by DeSean Smith went right into the hands of his teammate Travin Dural, who caught it perfectly in stride with no one to beat because they all reacted to the short pass.
