Bronco's Pass Rusher on Tom Brady: "I Tried to Rub My Nuts on His Face"

Trash talk is fun.

The Broncos defense embarrassed the Patriots offensive line so much in a 20-18 win during last Sunday's AFC Championship game that New England fired offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo. The Denver pass rush hit Tom Brady 20 times, more than any quarterback had been hit all season. As Bill Barnwell noted, Brady had only been hit 18 times all season in 2014. The Broncos sacked Brady four times—Von Miller had two and half on his own, to go along with four hurries. It was a dominant performance, and that's all well and good, but what about the things the Broncos defense wanted to do, but apparently could not?

"I tried to lay on him a few times," said one Broncos rusher after the game. "I tried to rub my nuts on his face."

Well, then. The Broncos were pretty fired up for this game, it seems! The quote is from Monday Morning Quarterback's Robert Klemko and it is a beaut. There was a considerable amount of trash talk leading up to the game, including some shots at the Pats for being crybabies. Of course ambulating man cave Rob Gronkowski provided a sexual innuendo-laden Twitter beef, but "I tried to rub my nuts on his face" is on a whole other level.

We don't know who the mysterious would-be nut-rubber is, but after the game Von Miller—who's preferred, ahem, sack dance is a pelvic thrust—threw Gronk's words back in his face on an Instagram post, with a caption reading: "Heeeeeesss back!!! For one week.. #blowthatPats"

Whoever it was, it's important to note the use of the word "tried." Apparently he was unable to get his balls through Brady's facemask. Perhaps they were too inflated.
