The Titans and Jaguars are in the middle of a slobberknocker in Nashville and Marcus Mariota just gave the Titans the lead in the fourth quarter. On third-and-seven from his own 13, Marcus Mariota dropped back and saw nothing. Nothing except a Jacksonville blitz and yards and yards of open field behind it. So he tucked the ball down and started scampering downfield and then he just…kept scampering. He snaked his way through some would-be tacklers and when it was all said and done, he ran 87 yards to the end zone, giving the Titans a 35-32 lead.On Jacksonville's next possession, Wesley Woodyard recovered a fumble in the end zone for a 42-32 lead after a snap to Blake Bortles went soaring over his head. On second-and-four from the 26, the center airmailed the snap and Bortles couldn't control it as he slid to recover it at the two-yard line and Brown pounced on it and took it in for an easy score.
Jacksonville responded with an 80-yard touchdown drive in just over a minute to get themselves back to 42-39.[CBS]
