Carson Palmer went down early in the fourth quarter against the Rams on a third-down sack and had to be carted to the locker room. The Cardinals punted, held St. Louis to a three-and-out, and when the offense came back on the field, it was Drew Stanton leading them. It took him four plays to calm everyone down in Arizona with a great throw and an even better catch by John Brown. The 48-yard strike gave the Cardinals a 17-14 lead.

Brown also did this, after scoring. Which is…something.
Patrick Peterson then added to the lead with a 30-yard interception return for a touchdown. Arizona beat St. Louis 31-14.
