Laid back Blue Jays manager John Gibbons has led Toronto to two straight playoff appearances and an AL East title in 2015. He's also a master troll.

A popular postgame call in radio show "Jays Talk" on Sportsnet the Fan 590 more often than not brings out the worst in Toronto baseball fans. On Monday night, a supporter claiming to be "John from Toronto" phoned into the program, and had a little more knowledge about the team than most.

Gibbons, to the delight of many, hilariously called the show following the Blue Jays' 7-1 win over the New York Yankees. After host Mike Wilner questioned Gibbons for sitting catcher Russell Martin, Gibbons decided to phone in and give Wilner a (playful) piece of his mind.

"I think it was really great on Gibby's part to catch [Luke] Maile, I thought that Maile did a great job," said Gibbons, aka John from Toronto. "I heard you before the game and what an expert you are man, glad you were wrong once again."

After asking Wilner about free tickets for callers and if he qualifies, Gibbons continued to shred the Jays Talk host, and his regular callers, in jest, we think.

"I got one more question for you, what kind of ratings do you get on this show here? Is it the same bozos every night, you know, they have trouble talking?"

Bravo, Gibby.
