Milan's Jeremy Menez takes advantage of some brutal miscommunication between Parma defenders, allowing him to cut inside them, tap the ball out of the reach of the goalkeeper, and then double back in between the goalie and the post for a back heel goal. That might read like gibberish, but watch the video and try to come up with something better.
